Training Challenge: 

Training firefighters with live simulations of road traffic accidents be dangerous and costly.  Furthermore, it can take years to become proficient with extracting victims safely from different types of accident situations. 

Strategy:

Create an immersive learning course with 360-degree videos to safely train firefighters to properly assess an accident scene and extract a victim from a vehicle without causing harm.  

Results: 

The South Wales Fire & Safety Department reduced its training costs with immersive learning. The learning curve for properly assessing road traffic accidents and safely rescuing victims is also shorter.
